How I Lost 6 Pounds in a Week

First off let me just say this is not a scam. I thought so myself but I started drinking this easy to make drink twice a day and I lost 6 lbs in a week.

With these five simple and cheap ingredients you can join me in this amazing weight loss journey.

What you will need:

Apple cider vinegar (I prefer Braggs Organic with mother)

Honey

Lemon juice

Ground ginger

Directions:

Mix 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp of ginger, 1 tsp of honey and 1/4 cup of lemon juice with 16oz of water. Drink 2-3 times daily preferably before a meal.

It is honestly that easy. I also chose to mix all the above ingredients with Orange Early Rise water drink mix from Walmart. It is sugar free and calorie free and taste yummy and is very effective!
